Walker Building | (Long Beach, CA)
The historic Walker Building was built in 1929 and designed by Meyer & Holler Inc. of Los Angeles, of Grauman's Chinese Theatre fame. Originally the home of Walker's Department Store, a local retailer for many decades, the Walker Building underwent an adaptive reuse project to create 46 glamorous residential units.
