Alex Theater | (Los Angeles, CA)

The "Alexander" Theater opened its doors in 1925 as movie house and neighborhood vaudeville. Up until the 1980's the theater was home to Hollywood premiers and newly released motion pictures. Due to years of decline the theater was closed in 1980 and remained that way until 1993 when the Glendale Redevelopment Agency decided to restore the once iconic theater. Today, the theater is used for concerts, business meetings, film shoots, and various other community activities.
