Freddie Marquez is providing management and oversight to Spectra Company's Scheduling Department. He is responsible for assignment of crew technicians, artisans, and craftspersons. He has over 6 years construction industry experience and has worked on such high profile projects as Malibu Legacy Park, Esplanade Street Improvements, Redondo Beach and Old Town Infrastructure Improvements, Temecula. Freddie is CPR and First aid trained, carries an OSHA 30 Certificate, and has successfully completed a variety of Construction Estimating courses.
